TMF (The Music Factory) was a television channel music and entertainment in the UK and Ireland . The channel owned by MTV Networks Europe . It was created to compete with The Hits (now 4Music) through a new digital TV service opened, Freeview.

After the release, the TMF has been described as "TMF is assigned to rhythm for the whole family, showing the best clips with major pop pop stars to become the soundtrack of British family life." However, TMF also exhibited channel programs siblings MTV , VH1 , Nick Jr. and Comedy Central , not only displaying video clips.

TMF was broadcast by Freeview, Sky Digital, Virgin Media, UPC Ireland and some Irish cable systems. The channel was the most watched realação the music channels, according to indexes BARB.

In 2009, the channel was terminated and was replaced by British version of VIVA , the VIVA UK . The last clip was displayed by TMF Million Dollar Bill by American singer Whitney Houston .

I am working on a new kind of writing, and when done right, the same collection of humor bits can be turned into (1) a book, (2) a series of sketch shows for the stage, which can be turned into (3) a series of videos for sites like Funny or Die,, etc. With that, the audio can be stripped off and it be turned into (4) a series of podcasts or used on the radio, although I think there are some differences, so a table read would probably be best. The bits can also be done as (5) stand-up routines in a variety of settings, and as (6) radio interviews, be slightly redone as (7) print or ezine columns
